Contract / Terms of Stay

1. Payment: If you have not prepaid your tourism services, the payment in cash or credit card must be processed on arrival before the keys are given to you.
2. Check in is after 3PM and Check Out must be before 12 noon. The late check-out is based on availability. Additional fees will be charged if you exceed the check-out time.
3. We require a reservation deposit of $300.000 COP for reservations longer than 29 days. Loma Verde will keep a copy of your credit card on file allowing us to discount up to $300.000 COP if there were damages or missing inventory at check-out. If there is an apartment inventory attached to the welcome letter you should review it immediately and notify us of any discrepancies. We understand that accidents happen and ask you to notify us if you happen to break or damage something in the apartment. You can choose to replace it yourself or us to make a charge on your damage deposit. Please notify us in any event, thank you.
4. Casacol is not responsible for the loss of valuable objects that have not been left in the custody of our administration or reported to reception at the time of entry. Nor, for the loss of valuable objects left outside the security box or for the loss of personal objects when the guest receives visitors in their apartment. Any object found after the guest’s departure will be kept for a period of 30 days. After the period, if the object is not claimed, it will be immediately donated to a non-profit foundation.
5. Please respect the quiet hours in the building. Parties, loud music and noises that disturb the tranquility of other guests after 10PM on weekdays and 11PM on weekends is prohibited. If these rules are not abided, you may be fined up to $500.000 COP for each instance of disorderly conduct as per building regulations, this can also cause the presence of the police, energy cuts and if the conduct is repeated you can be expelled by the administration.
6. The building’s common areas must remain free of cigarette smoke.
7. Parking in the building is free of charge, the hotel is not resposible for losses or damage to the vehicles.
8. According to Law 679 of 2001, the entry of minors to any tourist establishment for the purpose of commercial sexual exploitation is prohibited and against the law. If there is any evidence or suspicion of this kind of act, Loma Verde will immediately report to authorities and will proceed to cancel the reservation, with no refunds granted.
9. Guests must register all their visitors at the front desk with their Cedula de Ciudadania, Passport, for Venezuelan citizens, they must show their ID and PPT. Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardian or present a signed and notarized permit with a copy of the legal document and civil registration of the minor. Any attempt to enter a minor without their legal guardian or present a false document WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. By authorizing the entrance of visitors, the guest is responsible for their behavior, which will be subject to these terms and conditions, Coexistence Manual and The Regulation of Horizontal Property.
10. There have been considerable problems with guests throwing garbage, cigarette butts, etc., out of the windows. You may be fined up to $300.000 COP as per building regulations in case of these kinds of events reported to building security/administration.
11. Parking service is subject to availability.
12. If you choose to extend your stay, please notify us within 48 hours in advance of your departure date so that we can guarantee your booking. This prevents us from having to move you to another apartment.
13. In case you lose your apartment keys, the cost of any additional key is 23.800 COP each.
14. At Loma Verde we care about your safety. That is the reason why we offer you free insurance coverage during your stay. Our policy covers you in case of theft inside or outside of the hotel, medical expenses caused by accidents or emergencies, and death. Check out our terms and conditions on our website or ask at reception.
15. Casacol Loma Verde SAS provides a welcome kit and guest insurance included in your tourism package. Loma Verde offers additional services such as airport transfers, tours, and additional cleanings by charging an additional fee.
16. The guest may not concede his rights to the apartment to another person without the authorization of Casacol.
17. Our accommodation services are exclusively offered for tourism purposes. Casacol Sas LOMA VERDE is NOT a clinical center. Therefore we DO NOT count with special cleaning and disinfection processes or special handling of biological waste. Casacol Sas WILL NOT assume responsibility in case a guest has any health complications after a medical procedure that has to be treated in a health center. We strongly recommend verifying the credentials of your health supplier.

Guest acknowledgements

At check-in, every guest initials each of the following:

• Loma Verde is a prostitution free building and I will not participate in such activities.
• Loma Verde is a drug free building and I will not participate in such activities.
• Loma Verde is a smoke free building and I will not participate in such activities.
• The 1 bedroom apartment has a maximum of 2 registered occupants, Any +1 guest NOT registered at the check-in will incur a $100,000 + IVA ($19,000) cop charge to a maximum occupancy of 2 people per stay. No additional guest beyond max room occupancy can be added. The 2 bedroom apartment has a maximum of 4 registered occupants, Any +1 guest NOT registered at the check-in will incur a $100,000 + IVA ($19,000) cop charge to a maximum occupancy of 4 people per stay. No additional guest beyond max room occupancy can be added.
• For monthly rentals (guests staying for more than 30 days) the guest can have 5 free of charge visitors during their stay. After 5 registered extra guests, any additional guest will incur a fee of $100.000 COP + IVA.
• I understand that registered guests will be the only people admitted into the APT.
• I agree to respect pool hours (9AM – 9PM).
• I agree to respect the privacy of the building’s neighbors and maintain curtains and balconies closed at the appropriate times when the comfort of neighbors may be affected.
• Everyone must have a physical ID, in order to be able to access the building, and must always be registered at reception for the security of everyone.
• Absolutely no minors unaccompanied by their parents/guardians are allowed in the building.
• I agree to respect quiet hours in the building as 10PM.
• It’s NOT allowed any type of photo shoots and/or videos in the apartment and/or common areas.
• Cats are not allowed under any circumstances in the building.
• I agree to respect all the rules explained in the following contract and each of it’s clauses and if disobeyed may result in a $500.000 COP fine/infraction. I accept the non-compliance of them, may result in immediate expulsion from the building facilities, without any right to refund.
